How do I see my shipment's location?
What is the time limit for filing a claim?

Claims for visible loss or damage must be filed within 15 days of delivery. For concealed loss or damage, and overcharges, claims must be filed within 60 days of the delivery.

What happens after I file a claim?

Once you've submitted your claim, our claims department will review it and conduct an investigation. You'll be notified of any updates or additional information required via the email you provided. Our aim is to make things right as quickly as possible!

What can I do to ensure my claim gets resolved quickly?

Providing as much detail and documentation as possible at the time of filing will expedite the process. Be sure to take clear photos if possible. You can send follow-up info and pictures to info@expediri.com.

How will I be reimbursed if my claim is approved?

If your claim is approved, you will be reimbursed through the method you paid for the shipping service. If you have a line of credit with us, it will be adjusted accordingly.

You can contact us at info@expediri.com! We're always checking and responding, so you'll get a response very quickly. Please include your Pro/Claim # and tracking number for reference.

Filing a claim does not guarantee reimbursement. Claims are subject to investigation and the terms and conditions of the bill of lading.
